Nu-tech to construct integrated township 'Megacity'
Chennai, Apr 3: Property developer and builder Nu-tech Associates would construct an integrated township "Megacity" at Enathur village on the Chennai-Bangalore highway in a 50 acre area with an investment of Rs 12 crore.
The proposed residential hub with premium amenities and modern comforts would have well-laid out 'Vasthu' designed plots and 44 acres of independent villas, besides a host of facilities, including a primary school and a hospital.
During the formal launch of the Megacity project here last night, bankers and film personalities recalled their long-time relationship with proprietor B Nagi Reddy and his father Vijaya Reddy, who was a renowned film director.
Andhra Bank DGM B N Murthy, who was the Chief guest, said the company has the reputation of completing their building projects on time and have fully satisfied customers with a record of over 100 residential complexes in just two decades.
Film distributor Keyar, actors Parthiban and Y Gee Mahendra and film producer A V M Saravanan offered their felicitations.
Falling under the Sriperumbudur locality, the residential complex would have access to world-class infrastructure as many telecom companies, MNCs and car manufacturers have set up their operations in and around the area. |
